Hamlet
by William Shakespeare

A ghost walks the castle walls. A crown is stolen. A prince is pushed to the edge.

Get ready for an evening of electrifying drama, psychological suspense, and timeless poetry as we present the greatest tragedy ever written for the stage: William Shakespeare’s Hamlet.

Prince Hamlet returns home from university to find his world shattered. His father, the King, is dead. His uncle, Claudius, has seized the throne and married Hamlet's mother. But when a haunting spectre appears on the castle battlements revealing a horrifying truth—that the old king was murdered by his own brother—Hamlet is consumed by a single, desperate obsession: revenge.

Forced to navigate a treacherous court crawling with spies, betrayals, and hidden agendas, Hamlet feigns madness to plot his move. What follows is a thrilling, high-stakes game of cat-and-mouse that will test the limits of his sanity and alter the fate of an entire kingdom.

Whether you’re experiencing this legendary masterpiece for the first time or the fiftieth, our raw, fast-paced production will make you feel every pulse-pounding moment as if it were happening today.

Runtime: Approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes including a 15-minute intermission.

Content Advisory: Hamlet is a gripping psychological thriller and a profound exploration of grief, power, and betrayal. Because it is a classic tragedy, the play contains mature themes and stylized stage violence that may not be suitable for very young theatregoers. We recommend this production for audiences ages 12 and older. Features depictions of sword fighting, poisoning, tragic deaths, and intense depictions of grief and mental illness (madness). Those with light sensitivites should be aware that flashing lights will be used in this production.
